;On International Day of the Deaf , members of Bolangir district Deaf and Dumb association,
led by Ramji Panda,Kuldeep Sahani and Pradymnu Sahu and others today submitted
a 8points charter of demands to Bolangir district collector.
Their
demands includes education facilities
for physically challenged person upto High
school and college level, hostel facility for physically
challenged persons, better equipment to students of physically challenged
people.
The
memorandum further ruefully points out the non inclusion of Bolangir district deaf
and dumb association and non-inclusion of physically challenged persons in different
government and state schemes.
