KKDactivist cutting the Odisha Map in Balangir as protest and demands separate Kosal state

Activists of Kosal Kranti Dal are tearing/cutting the Map of Odisha today(onUtkal Dibas,Ist April,2012inBalangir,Odisha) as a mark of their protest.They are demanding a separate Kosal State.The activists believe that the Kosal area(all most all parts of Western Odisha) were forcibly included in Odisha while formation of Utkal.According to them Kosal region has a separate language and culture.Even today it is groining under backwardness due to neglect by sucessive rulers/governments
