Bolangir ;To improve the information and awareness level, on different government schemes among people, a project was launched in Bolangir today.
Implemented in 1000villages in 100Grampanchyats in 20 block of the 10 districts of Odisha, where in the Government Officials and public Authorities will voluntarily share information on different government Schemes under Right to Information Act Section 4.1(b), this project aims to improve quality of lives of poor local communities in remote tribal pockets by enhancing their participation in local governance and improving information and access to government schemes.And thrust is being given on Health, Nutrition, Education MGNREGS and good governance
This project is being implemented in two blocks Belpada and Bongomunda of Bolangir district for a period of five years informed.Supported by European Union(EU) and contributed partly(12% of totalfunds) by Agragrami, it is implemented in Odisha by ten NGOs.
