Demanding action against the fake caste certificate holder adivasi Kalyan mahasangha today took out a rally in Bhubneshwar on 4thApril2013.I had reported about this programme in The Pioneer,in March2013.) They submitted memorandum to Governor demanding fulfilment of their 33 point charter of demands.More details would be posted later.One vital point - the fake tribal/caste certificate issue and agitation started from Balangir(Odisha in 2007-08).
