Mahotsav kicked off
Balangir: District Collector
M Muthukumar on Sunday initiated the 15th Balangir Lok Mahotsav by performing
Puja and hoisting the festival flag at the Kosal Kala Mandal. A theatre march
led by the Collector and others, in which artists and different cultural
troupes participated, went through the town.
