Bolangir ;An all out effort should be made to preserve art/culture in our area so that it would not be lost in oblivion and the Bolangir LOk Ustav is providing a platform to local dance and drama player/artist to display their art here. This was observed by speakers on the first day of BolangirLOkustav 2014-15 on Sunday.
