We Celebrated Our 67th Independence day with pomp and gaiety and resolving to make our nation stronger on 15-o8-2013.However I had to visit Balangir District headquarter hospital around 2.30Am(technically 16th August,2013) to attend one of my relatives who was admitted to hospital for treatment of vomiting/dysentery. I was shocked to find people sleeping on the road in front of Hospital.It is common to people to sleep on the floor of the ward to get treatment. But sleeping in the totally in the open road --is by any yardstick is shocking and really disgusting.----See this is India.shining and progressed -Photograph taken by me (Sudhir Mishra ) from my mobile around 2.45am.to
Why there should not be budget
provide at least sleeping place accommodation to people of India?
