MP lays stone for road improvement in B’gir
Balangir: Balangir MP Kalikesh Narayan Singh Deo laid the foundation-stone of improvement of a 500-meter road from the railway station to Malpada here on Sunday. The Rs 35-lakh work would be completed in January next. The PWD would construct and repair the road. Singh Deo, Balangir Municipality Chairperson Damayanti Bag and Executive Officer Santosh Kumar Behera, Balangir Railway Station Master, PWD Executive Engineer Shankar Prasad Chakrabarty and Balangir Zilla Parishad President Bijay Pradhani spoke on the occasion.
