One died, two injured due to collapse of mud wall due to cyclone Phaline rain inBalangir.

Balangir ;One person died and two others injured in village Karnapali under sadar police station in Bolangir due to collapse of  mud wall of a house, due to cyclone Phaline rain and wind.

Normal life  in Balangir town was affected following the strong wind and rains since last midnight due to effect of cyclone Phaline. The district administration got a messageon 12^th October evening  that cyclone Phaline was  expected to pass through Balangir town by 10-12noon,13^th October2013. power supply was restored in the town around 2.30 pm.

The cyclone Phaline  passed away without causing  any serious damage to life and property in the district so far(till3.30pm2013).
