Suddenly there was a traffic Jam in Main market area of Balangir town vehicles virtually scrawled and even traffic come to standstill.and every one tries to move forward.After few moments the traffic Jam was cleared.Struck in the traffic jam amidst honking of horns from two wheeler from back side and I took these photographs from my mobile today( 8th September around 12.30pm(noon)And See a person trying to move ahead got in front of traffic police
