The third phase
enrollment process for ADHAR card started in Balangir municipality area today.
Those who were left in the earlier rounds are requested to get themselves
photographed and enrolled this time and this process will continue till 8th
of this month and it is going on in Project colony School, Town high school and
Ramgopal Hindi High school, Thikadarpada UP school and Town boys’ high school,
informs Executive officer of Balangir Municipality, Sri Santosh Behera
