Kosal Kranti Dal(KKD) burns WODC Act in Balangir. Rejects the demand for Special category state ; Demands formation of Separate Kosal State ;25 May2013;

Members of Kosal Kranti Dal led by its president Sri Promod Mishra today burnt the copy of Western Odisha Development Council(WODC) Act as a symbolic protest here on Saturday evening and demanded formation of separate Kosal state for development of this region.
