Members of Biju Yuba Janta Dal(BYJD) and Biju Chatra JantaDal(BCJD) led by Lotus Sarangi,  Gunj Khan and others, today staged dharna before collectriate protesting against the remarks of Chhatisagarh Minister on Mahanadi river and its water that it belong to them and demanding special category status to Odisha.
