as the people of Bolangir and other parts reeling under the extreme heat and
temperature and their life has been further restless due to less availability
of water and low voltage, and were desperately seeking respite from scorching Summer
they suddenly found/come across a curious phenomena in the sky a colorful ring
in the sky around theSun today morning.
However
today all of a sudden around 11.30am people noticed a ring around the Sun.
In
the summer season, the sky is usually clear. However it is the hard rays of Sun makes difficult
to look into the sky. It was very difficult to take photograph from mobile or even
Camera as looking towards Sun was extremely difficult and it taking photograph
was another critical task.However I managed to take this photograph with much difficulty.
According to reports.However ring around the Sun was also sighted in Kantabaji,Titiligarh too
