CCTV
launched in B’ngir bus-stand
Balangir: District
Collector M Muthukumar inaugurated a CCTV surveillance system at the private
bus-stand, installed by the Balangir Private Bus Operators’ Association, on
Thursday. Muthukumar said the CCTV facility would be of great help for the
district administration to tackle illegal migration. Besides, it would provide
additional inputs to police administration to check law and orders situation
effectively. Association president Hemanta Panda said the launch of the CCTV
service and monitoring situation through an App is the first of its kind in the
State. Association secretary Prasant Satpathy was also present.
