Balangir ;The three day art exhibition concluded today(28th November2013) .District collector D.Prasant Reddy appreciated effort of artist ad art displayed there.He felicitated the participating artists.Among other Executive officer of Bolangir municipality Sri Santosh Behera spoke on this occasion.Antaryami Meher with his painting.The unfulfilled dream(title of painting of Antaryami Meher(I have suggested this tentative title-of painting). Antaryami Dada would suggest the title of his painting A view of audience and Executive officer of Bolangir municipality Sri Santosh Behera looking at one of the paintings of exhibition.
