TWO BALANGIR VILLAGERS HURT IN BEAR ATTACK

At least two people of village Tentelkhunti and Sagunbhadi of Tureikela block were injured when a bear attacked them on Sunday.

The injured persons were identified as Fakir Banchhor of Tentelkhunti and Nandalal Naik of Sagunbhadi village of Tureikela block.

According to sources, the two victims had gone to forest near their villages in the morning when they were suddenly attacked by the bear, leaving them injured.

The injured were treated at the Kantabanji Government hospital. More details were awaited.
