Balangir;Membersof JanaJagaran Dadan Sangha led by its president Khagapati Kumbhar and others today staged dharna before collectriate condemning the brutal chopping of palmsof  migrant labourers of Kalhandi district by labour Dadal it demanded a compensation of rupess 15lakhs to migrant labour family, whose palms were chopped of,  as compensation and  exemplary punishment to the culprits involved in this incident.
